		<description>Do you recommend putting your picture on your resume?  In regards to facial hair at an interview, I think if I was being interviewed by a female I would go with no facial hair... Other than that I would not put too much thought into it, so long as it looks neat and you don&#039;t have a birds nest falling out of your nose.....</description>
